Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary, but normally we will ship within 2 -3 days after receiving your order. (sometimes sooner!) During busy holiday periods however, please be aware that this time frame may be extended. If you need your order by a particular date, then please contact us prior to purchasing.
Due to the worldwide pandemic, please be aware that international delivery times may now be much longer than the ones written below.

**UPDATE! EU VAT/Custom Charges** The EU have now introduced a new VAT regulation which took effect on July 1 2021 and the VAT free limit was abolished.
This means that any orders that arrive from the UK into the EU will now need to pay VAT + a handling fee to their postal provider on delivery of their package. If you would like your VAT included at checkout instead, please shop in the Etsy store here
Customers are responsible for any custom's taxes/fees. Please note I’m afraid we can not lower the value amount, or mark as gift on the customs form. International orders that are sent tracked and signed for, aren't tracked once they exit the UK so please know that being able to determine when your package will arrive or where it is exactly is impossible. International orders can vary from just a few days to up to 2 months to arrive and we have no control over this.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If these items are returned to us, then you as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs.
While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing on its travels to you, we are happy to send a replacement. However if an item is marked as delivered, but did not arrive, we are not responsible.
Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure incase of theft!
If your parcel arrives with items missing, please contact providing photographs of the contents and packaging. We keep proof of posting for all packages sent, which also records the weight on the day of sending.
Here at Moonlight and Hares we collect and store information we need to send you the items that you buy from us. Addresses, email and telephone numbers for customers are used solely for mailing and enquiries about your orders and for us to analyse sales. This data is not shared with anyone else and is only accessible by us.
Payments to the shop are handled by PayPal. We do not have access to your payment card details.
